I went grocery shopping a couple days ago and saw they had a silcone mold for Piggy Pops. Essentially, itās pigs in a blanket that look like actual pigs! it was so cute, it was on clearance and I knew the kids would go for it! I had to bring it home

The booklet inside had several suggestions for recipes you could make with it, but we went with the classic pigs in a blanket. We sprayed the mold with cooking spray, used our favorite pancake mix, added in our lilāsmokies and baked it on 425 degrees for 10-13 minutes. The kids decided To use a unicorn cupcake mold to make unicorn ones too. They gobbled them up so fast and has since requested for dinner every night since. I know this is something we will be using regularly.

Note- I used cornbread in the silicone mold since we made the pancake ones and they tasted great, but they didnāt look anything like pigs š·
