Jefferson County releases 2020-21 School Calendar

JCPS released the 2020-21 Education calendar today (September 15th) and here’s the important dates you need to know:

4 day weekend!!!

Friday, October 2- No School Monday, October 5- Parent Teacher Conferences, No School

Tuesday, November 3- No School (Election Day)

Thanksgiving Break- November 25-27

Winter Break- December 21st- January 1st

January 18- Martin Luther King Jr. Day No School

4 day weekend!!!

February 12- No School

February 15- Parent/ Teacher Conference, No School

Spring Break- March 29- April 2

April 30- Oaks Day, No School

(For those that are moving here and don’t know, Oaks Day is the name of the day before the Kentucky Derby. Schools give children the day off to participate in the derby festivities)

Last Day of School- May 27

(unless there is a snow day)
