JCPS has been providing free meals on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-1pm and 4-6pm and select locations. This has tremendously helped many families in our community. With school being closed Tuesday, November 3rd for election day, JCPS Nutrition services is making an adjustment.
The new pick up for next week will be Monday, November 2nd from 10-1 and 3-5 at select locations. The new 3-5 instead of 4-6pm pick up time is changing due to the time change.
The free lunch pick up still applies for children ages 0-18 and they do not have to be enrolled as a JCPS student.
