David Armstrong Extreme Skate Park

This 40,000 square feet concrete skate park is a great place for biking, skating and in-line skating for all ages. Great for beginners and seasoned pros. It features a 24 foot full-pipe, two 11 foot bowls, a 6 foot bowl, a few fun boxes, flat bank, several ledges, rails wooden vert ramp and street section. Nationally recognized as one of the nations best skate parks after the release of Tony Hawk's Secret Skate Park Tour. This park is open 24 hours a day, restrooms (currently closed due to Covid-19) and emergency telephones. Located close to Slugger Field and Waterfront park.

A note to parents: although the skating community here is very friendly with kids and very helpful with teaching new skills, some of the graffiti is not so kid friendly.
